Harley-Davidson Models Chart 2026: Complete Lineup & Specs
All 25 2026 Harley-Davidson models in one chart: family, engine, horsepower, torque, weight and starting price, plus power-to-weight analysis.
Short answer: Harley-Davidson's 2026 U.S. lineup has 25 motorcycles in five families: Sport (3 models, from $9,999), Cruiser (8 models, from $14,999), Adventure Touring (3 models, from $19,999), Grand American Touring (8 models including the CVOs, from $24,999) and Trike (3 models, from $35,399). The cheapest bike is the Nightster at $9,999. The most expensive is the CVO Street Glide 3 Limited trike at $54,999. Every Cruiser, Touring and Trike model uses a Milwaukee-Eight V-twin (117 or 121 cu in), and every Sport and Pan America model uses a liquid-cooled Revolution Max (975 or 1250 cc). The charts below give engine, horsepower, torque, weight, seat height and starting price for all 25.
All numbers come from Harley-Davidson's own U.S. model pages and its 2026 press releases, read on October 26, 2026. Prices are U.S. starting MSRPs before options, taxes, title and dealer fees. Horsepower and torque are Harley's published figures (torque is measured to SAE J1349), and weights are "in running order" as Harley lists them. Harley updates prices and specs during the model year, so check the model page or your dealer before you buy. Every model name in the tables links to its official page.

| CVO Street Glide 3 Limited | Trike | Milwaukee-Eight VVT 121 | 121 cu in | 114 | 138 | 1,283 | $54,999 |
Three things stand out. First, 23 of the 25 bikes run a 117 or 121 cubic-inch Milwaukee-Eight or a 1250 cc Revolution Max. Only the two Nightsters use the smaller 975 cc engine. Second, prices are spread wide: the most expensive model costs 5.5 times as much as the cheapest. Third, the median 2026 Harley (the 13th of 25 by price) is the Low Rider ST at $23,999, and 10 of the 25 models start at $19,999 or less.
The Five Harley-Davidson Families Explained
Harley sorts its bikes by riding purpose, not by engine size. Knowing the family is more useful than memorizing model names, because bikes within a family share a frame, a riding position and a price band.
| Family | Models | Price range | Horsepower range | Weight range | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sport | 3 | $9,999 to $15,999 | 91 to 121 hp | 481 to 502 lb | New riders, city riding, lighter bikes |
| Cruiser | 8 | $14,999 to $23,999 | 98 to 114 hp | 646 to 719 lb | Classic style, low seats, local and weekend rides |
| Adventure Touring | 3 | $19,999 to $26,499 | 150 hp | 546 to 661 lb | Mixed pavement and dirt, sport touring |
| Grand American Touring | 8 | $24,999 to $51,999 | 105 to 127 hp | 811 to 919 lb | Long-distance two-up touring with luggage |
| Trike | 3 | $35,399 to $54,999 | 105 to 114 hp | 1,184 to 1,283 lb | Touring on three wheels, no need to balance at a stop |
Ranges are calculated from the per-model figures on Harley's site. The Adventure Touring "range" is a single number because all three Pan America models share the same 150 hp engine tune.
Sport Models: Nightster, Nightster Special and Sportster S
Harley describes Sport as "a category created by the revered Sportster." Today all three Sport bikes use the liquid-cooled Revolution Max engine instead of the old air-cooled Evolution Sportster motor. They're the lightest Harleys you can buy, at 481 to 502 lb, and the Nightster is the entry point to the whole brand.
| Model | Starting MSRP | Engine | Horsepower | Torque (J1349) | Weight (running order) | Seat height, laden | Fuel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nightster | $9,999 | Revolution Max 975T | 91 hp @ 7,500 rpm | 72 ft-lb @ 5,750 rpm | 481 lb | 27.1 in | 3.1 gal |
| Nightster Special | $12,499 | Revolution Max 975T | 91 hp @ 7,500 rpm | 72 ft-lb @ 5,750 rpm | 483 lb | 27.1 in | 3.1 gal |
| Sportster S | $15,999 | Revolution Max 1250T | 121 hp @ 7,500 rpm | 93 ft-lb @ 6,000 rpm | 502 lb | 28.9 in | 3.1 gal |
The Nightster and Nightster Special share the 975T engine, and Harley lists the same 91 hp and 72 ft-lb for both. The Special costs $2,500 more and weighs 2 lb more. The Sportster S moves up to the 1250T and 121 hp, but its 3.5 in of ground clearance is the lowest in the lineup. That matters on steep driveways and in fast corners. For 2026, Harley's November 2025 release says the Revolution Max on these models gets new engine covers, and the Nightster gets a new Blood Orange option package with flat-track graphics.
Cruiser Models: Street Bob to Low Rider ST
Cruisers are the Softail-based heart of the lineup. According to Harley's own history, the 2018 Softail redesign absorbed the old Dyna family, which ran from 1991 to 2017. That's why names like Street Bob, Low Rider and Super Glide now sit on a Softail frame with a hidden rear monoshock. For 2026, all eight Cruisers use the Milwaukee-Eight 117, but in three tunes: Classic, Custom and High Output.
| Model | Starting MSRP | Engine | Horsepower | Torque (J1349) | Weight (running order) | Seat height, laden | Fuel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Street Bob | $14,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic | 98 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 120 ft-lb @ 2,500 rpm | 646 lb | 25.8 in | 3.5 gal |
| Super Glide | $15,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic | 98 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 120 ft-lb @ 2,500 rpm | 656 lb | 25.2 in | 5 gal |
| Deadwood | $17,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic | 98 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 120 ft-lb @ 2,500 rpm | 686 lb | 25.5 in | 5 gal |
| Low Rider S | $18,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 High Output | 114 hp @ 5,000 rpm | 128 ft-lb @ 4,000 rpm | 670 lb | 27 in | 5 gal |
| Heritage Classic | $19,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic | 98 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 120 ft-lb @ 2,500 rpm | 719 lb | 26.3 in | 5 gal |
| Fat Boy | $22,599 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 Custom | 103 hp @ 4,800 rpm | 126 ft-lb @ 3,000 rpm | 694 lb | 25.9 in | 5 gal |
| Breakout | $22,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 Custom | 103 hp @ 4,800 rpm | 126 ft-lb @ 3,000 rpm | 681 lb | 25.6 in | 5 gal |
| Low Rider ST | $23,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 High Output | 114 hp @ 5,000 rpm | 128 ft-lb @ 4,000 rpm | 712 lb | 27 in | 5 gal |
Harley's November 3, 2025 release says the three tunes differ in "intake and exhaust, cam profiles, and ride mode programming." The published numbers line up with that:
- 117 Classic (Street Bob, Super Glide, Deadwood, Heritage Classic): 98 hp and 120 ft-lb at 2,500 rpm. That's the lowest peak-torque rpm in the lineup, which suits relaxed, low-rev riding.
- 117 Custom (Fat Boy, Breakout): 103 hp and 126 ft-lb at 3,000 rpm.
- 117 High Output (Low Rider S, Low Rider ST): 114 hp and 128 ft-lb at 4,000 rpm, plus the most cornering clearance of any Cruiser (31.3 degrees of lean and 5.7 in of ground clearance).
Two Cruisers are special cases. The Super Glide is limited to 2,500 serialized units for 2026, and Harley ties it to the original 1971 FX Super Glide. The Deadwood, announced July 14, 2026, is sold only in the United States and Canada at $17,999. If you live elsewhere, it won't be on your local Harley site.
Adventure Touring: The Pan America 1250 Range
The Pan America models are Harley's most powerful bikes by horsepower. All three make 150 hp at 8,750 rpm and 94 ft-lb at 6,750 rpm from the Revolution Max 1250. They also have the best power-to-weight ratios in the lineup.
| Model | Starting MSRP | Engine | Horsepower | Torque (J1349) | Weight (running order) | Seat height, laden | Fuel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pan America 1250 Special | $19,999 | Revolution Max 1250 | 150 hp @ 8,750 rpm | 94 ft-lb @ 6,750 rpm | 578 lb | 31.1/32 in | 5.6 gal |
| Pan America 1250 ST | $19,999 | Revolution Max 1250 | 150 hp @ 8,750 rpm | 94 ft-lb @ 6,750 rpm | 546 lb | 29.4 in | 5.6 gal |
| Pan America 1250 Limited | $26,499 | Revolution Max 1250 | 150 hp @ 8,750 rpm | 94 ft-lb @ 6,750 rpm | 661 lb | 32.1/33.1 in | 5.6 gal |
The differences are in the hardware. The Pan America 1250 ST is the road-focused version, which Harley describes as "tuned for nimble sport-touring pavement performance" with 17-inch wheels and a quickshifter. The Special is the all-rounder. The new-for-2026 Limited adds factory aluminum top and side cases with 120 liters (7,321 cu in) of combined capacity, a Screamin' Eagle quickshifter, a skid plate and a radiator guard. That kit adds 83 lb and $6,500 over the Special. Seat heights for the Special and Limited are given as low/high seat positions.
Grand American Touring: Street Glide, Road Glide and CVO
This is the bagger family: fairings, saddlebags and big infotainment screens. The easiest way to tell the two core models apart is the fairing. The Street Glide wears Harley's "batwing" fairing, while the Road Glide uses a frame-mounted "sharknose" fairing, as Harley describes on each model page. In 2026, the price gap between the two base models is $1,000.
| Model | Starting MSRP | Engine | Horsepower | Torque (J1349) | Weight (running order) | Seat height, laden | Fuel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Street Glide | $24,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 | 105 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 130 ft-lb @ 3,250 rpm | 811 lb | 26.4 in | 6 gal |
| Road Glide | $25,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 117 | 105 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 130 ft-lb @ 3,250 rpm | 838 lb | 26.6 in | 6 gal |
| Street Glide Limited | $32,999 | Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117 | 106 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 131 ft-lb @ 3,250 rpm | 893 lb | 27.5 in | 6 gal |
| Road Glide Limited | $32,999 | Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117 | 106 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 131 ft-lb @ 3,250 rpm | 919 lb | 27.5 in | 6 gal |
| CVO Street Glide ST | $44,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 121 High Output | 127 hp @ 4,900 rpm | 145 ft-lb @ 4,000 rpm | 816 lb | 27.5 in | 6 gal |
| CVO Road Glide ST | $44,999 | Milwaukee-Eight 121 High Output | 127 hp @ 4,900 rpm | 145 ft-lb @ 4,000 rpm | 838 lb | 26.7 in | 6 gal |
| CVO Street Glide | $49,999 | Milwaukee-Eight VVT 121 | 115 hp @ 4,500 rpm | 139 ft-lb @ 3,000 rpm | 838 lb | 26.7 in | 6 gal |
| CVO Street Glide Limited | $51,999 | Milwaukee-Eight VVT 121 | 115 hp @ 4,500 rpm | 139 ft-lb @ 3,000 rpm | 919 lb | 26.4 in | 6 gal |
The 2026 Touring range climbs in three steps:
- Base Street Glide and Road Glide: Milwaukee-Eight 117, 105 hp, 130 ft-lb.
- Limited models (new for 2026): the new Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117 (106 hp, 131 ft-lb) plus the restyled Grand Tour-Pak, Rockford Fosgate audio and Skyline OS with embedded navigation, according to Harley's January 14, 2026 release. Compared with the base bike, the Street Glide Limited costs $8,000 more and weighs 82 lb more. The Road Glide Limited costs $7,000 more and weighs 81 lb more.
- CVO (Custom Vehicle Operation): limited-production, top-of-the-range models with 121 cu in engines. The two ST models use the 121 High Output and make the most power of any Harley V-twin in the lineup: 127 hp and 145 ft-lb. The CVO Street Glide and CVO Street Glide Limited use the VVT 121 (115 hp, 139 ft-lb).
The ST models are the sporty ones. The CVO Street Glide ST is 103 lb lighter than the CVO Street Glide Limited and makes 12 more horsepower.

Trike Models: Road Glide 3, Street Glide 3 Limited and CVO
Harley calls its 2026 trikes "the biggest update since we launched our Trike lineup nearly 20 years ago." Both regular trikes use the Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117, and the CVO trike uses the VVT 121. The January 2026 release highlights an all-new rear suspension for better rider and passenger comfort.
| Model | Starting MSRP | Engine | Horsepower | Torque (J1349) | Weight (running order) | Seat height, laden | Fuel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Road Glide 3 | $35,399 | Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117 | 105 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 129 ft-lb @ 3,250 rpm | 1,184 lb | 26.5 in | 6 gal |
| Street Glide 3 Limited | $39,199 | Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117 | 105 hp @ 4,600 rpm | 129 ft-lb @ 3,250 rpm | 1,250 lb | 27.3 in | 6 gal |
| CVO Street Glide 3 Limited | $54,999 | Milwaukee-Eight VVT 121 | 114 hp @ 4,500 rpm | 138 ft-lb @ 3,750 rpm | 1,283 lb | 27.3 in | 6 gal |
A trike is much heavier than its two-wheel equivalent. Comparing Harley's published weights, the Road Glide 3 is 346 lb heavier than the Road Glide, the Street Glide 3 Limited is 357 lb heavier than the Street Glide Limited, and the CVO Street Glide 3 Limited is 364 lb heavier than the CVO Street Glide Limited. Trikes are also the thirstiest models, at 39 mpg estimated against 44 to 45 mpg for the two-wheel tourers. The trade-off is that you never have to hold the bike up at a stop, which is why many riders choose a trike when a heavy two-wheeler becomes hard to manage.
Harley-Davidson Engines in 2026: Which Model Gets Which Motor
Model names change often, but engines change slowly. Grouping the lineup by engine is a useful way to understand it, especially when you're comparing used bikes or shopping for parts.
| Engine | Type | 2026 models |
|---|---|---|
| Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic | 45-degree V-twin | Street Bob, Super Glide, Deadwood, Heritage Classic |
| Milwaukee-Eight 117 Custom | 45-degree V-twin | Fat Boy, Breakout |
| Milwaukee-Eight 117 High Output | 45-degree V-twin | Low Rider S, Low Rider ST |
| Milwaukee-Eight 117 | 45-degree V-twin | Street Glide, Road Glide |
| Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117 | 45-degree V-twin, variable valve timing | Street Glide Limited, Road Glide Limited, Road Glide 3, Street Glide 3 Limited |
| Milwaukee-Eight VVT 121 | 45-degree V-twin, variable valve timing | CVO Street Glide, CVO Street Glide Limited, CVO Street Glide 3 Limited |
| Milwaukee-Eight 121 High Output | 45-degree V-twin | CVO Street Glide ST, CVO Road Glide ST |
| Revolution Max 975T | Liquid-cooled 60-degree V-twin, DOHC | Nightster, Nightster Special |
| Revolution Max 1250T | Liquid-cooled 60-degree V-twin, DOHC | Sportster S |
| Revolution Max 1250 | Liquid-cooled 60-degree V-twin, DOHC | Pan America 1250 Special, ST, Limited |
Harley's engine history page says the Milwaukee-Eight arrived in 2017 at 107 and 114 cubic inches. It has since grown to 121 cubic inches in regular production, and variable valve timing was added in 2023. Some versions have liquid-cooled "Twin-Cooled" heads. The Revolution Max launched in 2021 in the Pan America and Sportster S. It's a 60-degree, liquid-cooled V-twin with double overhead cams, and it acts as a stressed member of the chassis to save weight. The "T" versions (975T and 1250T) are the ones Harley lists for the Sport bikes. This table only labels cooling where Harley's sources state it, so check the model page for the cooling details of a specific Touring engine.
Original Analysis: Power-to-Weight and Price per Horsepower
Spec sheets list horsepower and weight separately. Dividing one by the other shows how hard each bike has to work. We divided Harley's published running-order weight by its published horsepower, and its starting MSRP by its horsepower and torque. The calculations use only the figures above, and lower is better in every column.
| Model | Pounds per horsepower | MSRP per horsepower | MSRP per ft-lb of torque |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pan America 1250 ST | 3.6 | $133 | $213 |
| Pan America 1250 Special | 3.9 | $133 | $213 |
| Sportster S | 4.1 | $132 | $172 |
| Pan America 1250 Limited | 4.4 | $177 | $282 |
| Nightster | 5.3 | $110 | $139 |
| Nightster Special | 5.3 | $137 | $174 |
| Low Rider S | 5.9 | $167 | $148 |
| Low Rider ST | 6.2 | $211 | $187 |
| CVO Street Glide ST | 6.4 | $354 | $310 |
| Street Bob | 6.6 | $153 | $125 |
| CVO Road Glide ST | 6.6 | $354 | $310 |
| Breakout | 6.6 | $223 | $183 |
| Super Glide | 6.7 | $163 | $133 |
| Fat Boy | 6.7 | $219 | $179 |
| Deadwood | 7.0 | $184 | $150 |
| CVO Street Glide | 7.3 | $435 | $360 |
| Heritage Classic | 7.3 | $204 | $167 |
| Street Glide | 7.7 | $238 | $192 |
| Road Glide | 8.0 | $248 | $200 |
| CVO Street Glide Limited | 8.0 | $452 | $374 |
| Street Glide Limited | 8.4 | $311 | $252 |
| Road Glide Limited | 8.7 | $311 | $252 |
| CVO Street Glide 3 Limited | 11.3 | $482 | $399 |
| Road Glide 3 | 11.3 | $337 | $274 |
| Street Glide 3 Limited | 11.9 | $373 | $304 |
What the numbers show:
- Pan Americas are in a different class for power-to-weight. The 1250 ST carries 3.6 lb per horsepower. The heaviest trike carries 11.9 lb per horsepower, more than three times as much.
- The Nightster is the cheapest horsepower at about $110 per hp. The CVO Street Glide 3 Limited is the most expensive at about $482 per hp.
- The Street Bob is the cheapest torque. At about $125 per ft-lb, it gives you the full Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic for the lowest price of any big-twin Harley.
- Above the base Touring bikes, you're paying for features, not performance. The Limited and CVO models add very little horsepower per extra dollar. The money goes into audio, navigation, luggage, paint and finish.
Keep in mind that these ratios ignore rider weight, gearing and how torque is delivered across the rev range. A heavy bagger with 130 ft-lb at 3,250 rpm can feel more effortless on the highway than its lb-per-hp figure suggests. Treat the table as a way to compare models, not as a performance ranking.
How to Choose the Right Harley-Davidson Model
Use the chart to narrow your choice, then test-ride. A simple process:
- Pick the family by how you'll ride. City riding and lighter weight point to Sport. Style and low seats point to Cruiser. Mixed surfaces point to Pan America. Multi-day two-up trips point to Grand American Touring. If balance is a concern, look at a Trike.
- Check seat height and weight together. A low seat doesn't help much if the bike is 900 lb. The Super Glide has the lowest laden seat in the lineup at 25.2 in, and the Nightster is the lightest bike at 481 lb.
- Match the engine tune to your riding. If you mostly ride at low revs, a Classic-tune Cruiser makes peak torque at 2,500 rpm. If you want the most power, the Low Rider S and ST High Output bikes rev higher.
- Price the whole bike, not the starting MSRP. Paint, wheels, packages, taxes and dealer fees add to the starting price.
- Look up recalls before buying used. Run the VIN through NHTSA's recall lookup, as explained in our guide on how to check recalls by VIN.
Why Harley Specs Differ Between Websites
If you find a different horsepower or weight figure elsewhere, there are usually a few reasons. Specs change between model years, so a 2025 page and a 2026 page can disagree about the same name. Our article on model year vs build date explains why the year on the title matters. Specs and model availability also vary by market. The Deadwood is U.S./Canada-only, and figures on non-U.S. Harley sites can be measured differently, a pattern covered in why the same vehicle has different specs by country. Test methods matter too. Harley publishes torque to SAE J1349, and our explainer on what SAE-certified horsepower means covers why standardized testing matters.
